No tracking or cookies

This site uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking, and sets no cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors or share data with advertisers.

Hosting & server logs

The site is served by our hosting provider Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA), which may automatically process technical data (such as your IP address, browser type, and time of access) in server log files. This is necessary to deliver and secure the site and is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). As Vercel is US-based, this may involve a transfer of that data to the United States.

Contact form

If you send a message via the contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, optional company, and your message) is transmitted to and processed by our form provider, Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), solely to deliver your message and let us reply. This may involve a transfer to the United States. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). See Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. We keep your message only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email david@davidbunting.de.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The version published here always applies.

Note: This is boilerplate for a non-commercial portfolio and is not legal advice — have it reviewed if your use of the site changes.
